Numereto Data Deletion
Numereto (by Novura Studios) has no accounts and no sign-in. Most of what the app knows about you never leaves your device. This page explains what is stored on our servers, how to have it deleted, and how long it takes.
How to request deletion
- Email novurastudios@gmail.com with the subject line Numereto data deletion request.
- If you have ever purchased Numereto Premium, include the Google Play order number from your receipt email (it starts with GPA.). This is the only way we can find the record that belongs to you, because we do not store names or email addresses.
- If you never purchased Premium, tell us the approximate date you last used the app and the language it was set to. We will delete every anonymous record that matches, or confirm that none exist.
- We confirm by reply within 7 days, and deletion is complete within 30 days of your request.
What is deleted
| Data | Where it lives | On request |
|---|---|---|
| Anonymous user identifier and notification preferences (push token, app language, daily-reminder hour, last daily-challenge date) | Our servers (Google Firebase) | Deleted |
| Notification inbox entries, including purchase receipts | Our servers (Google Firebase) | Deleted |
| Subscription customer record | RevenueCat (our subscription processor) | Deleted on our instruction |
| Practice history, scores, streaks, settings | Your device only | Uninstall the app to remove it. It is never on our servers. |
What is kept, and why
- Google Play purchase records are held by Google under its own policies; we cannot delete them. Manage them in your Google account.
- Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics) contain no identifier that we can link to a request; they expire automatically after 90 days.
- Aggregated, anonymous statistics that cannot identify anyone are kept.
Deleting without contacting us
Uninstalling Numereto removes all practice data from your device immediately. Because there is no account, reinstalling creates a brand-new anonymous identity and the old server records are no longer used by anyone.
